Job Description

Secure Sensor Solutions (S³) - a mission area within Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems (SAS) - is looking for a Financial Analyst II to join our B-2 Finance team in El Segundo, California. We're committed to fostering mentorship and career development for our team members

The analyst will be responsible for leading the financial planning efforts for monthly forecasting, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Strategic and 5 Year Plan, Cash Flow Analysis, Short Range Outlook (SRO), Balance Sheet Reviews as well as supporting other ad-hoc management reviews and analysis. This will require the team member to coordinate with the Finance team and other functional organizations to lead comprehensive monthly financial forecast development. You will work in frequent collaboration with others.


Required Skills:

•Minimum 2 years of related finance experience
•Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (Contracts, Operations, Engineering, etc) in daily program execution and providing guidance/coaching as needed
•Ability to quickly learn and utilize program management systems and tools and autonomously create and accurately analyze cost data
•Good organizational skills in coordinating program personnel toward common finance goals by setting priorities and working within deadlines
•Excellent communication skills (written and oral) to support the preparation and presentation of written briefs and summaries for internal communication
•Ability to be flexible and deal with a wide range of work assignments
•Ability to work in a self-guided manner as well as part of a team
•Self-motivated and able to work through problems with minimal supervision
•Excellent desktop computer skills, particularly in the use of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
•Must be a U.S. Citizen able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance within one year of starting work.



Desired Skills:
•Experience with SAP APEX, BW and Rplan
•Prior experience in DoD or Aerospace


Required Education (including Major):
•Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline
