Job Description

This position is responsible for Systems / Process implementations and sustainment (PRISM/APEX/Common PDM/iMRP/CMES, etc….) as well as Systems / Process future enhancements in support of Raytheon’s vision of Common Systems and Processes to enable Buy/Build anywhere strategy.
The Successful candidate will be the Operations, Production Control Systems SME who will also support and assist Business Systems Optimization (BSO) Business Process Expert in the following areas:
  • Learning and documenting the usage of new and improved systems (both training packages and process flows)
  • Creating change request for SAS, teaching and mentoring users across SAS
  • Providing continuous mentoring and hyper care of customers in and out of the PC Organization (i.e., Quality, CMC, Engineering, etc…)
  • Testing for block releases
  • Trouble shooting failed alerts
  • Working closely with Raytheon GBS development team to review functional specs, new enhancements, and data accuracy.
  • Leading Command media changes, documentation of training / processes and PC Trainer.

Reports & Metrics
  • Generation and publishing of OPS PC Reports & Metrics.
  • Ability to troubleshoot report analyze data integrity.
  • Answer reporting questions from the SAS end users, and working in conjunction with BSE to ensure accurate and updated reports.
  • Teaching users how execute reports and modify the output.
  • Creating and coordinating updates to report criteria
  • Adhoc creation of Reports & Metrics for Leadership.

Required Skills:
  • 8 years of experience
  • Knowledge of SAP and/or Raytheon SAP (PRISM)
  • Experience working with ERP systems / business systems such as PRISM, VM, CPDM
  • Minimum (2) two years of Reporting experience in one of the following: Supply Chain Management (Logistics or Procurement), Operations, Production Control, Depot or Finance
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Microsoft Project
  • Project Management skills
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills
  • US Citizen

  • Working knowledge of PRISM and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)

Required Education:
A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS)

Desired Education:
MBA or MS.
APICS Certification
