Job Description

The Repairable Item Coordinator contributes to the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics support processes, including inventory management, repairable item management, replenishment, demand management, warehouse operations, records management, distribution and functions related to the flow of goods, services and information from origin through delivery in order to meet program requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Codification and Cataloguing in Defence systems,
  • Management of Stock Levels,
  • Repair Management to OEM’s and arrangement of Authorised Repairs to conduct work.
  • Disposal of items (Recommendation, Documenting and physical),
  • Audits of equipment,
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
  • Broad theoretical knowledge of Warehousing, Inventory and Freight & Distribution operational logistics systems and a developing understanding of Raytheon procedures in the following:
  • Repair and maintenance control for technical items of supply.
  • Demonstrates a focus on delivering the best possible outcome; with a high level of attention to detail
  • Tertiary Qualification in Management, Logistics or Supply Chain discipline or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years related experience with knowledge and skills suitable for work and further on the job training.
