Job Description

This is a temporary position expected to be at least one year in duration, depending on business needs. There are two (2) positions available.

The primary function of this role is to assist in the planning and coordination of the relocation of employees, offices and labs within Raytheon's El Segundo site, manage small construction projects, maintain CAFM database, and coordinate new hires and set-up locations. These are entry-level to junior positions that will be assisting the senior members of the facilities planning team.

Proficiency with the MS-Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment are hallmarks of people in this role. They are expected to demonstrate initiative, practice strong customer service, and work well within a team.

Required Skills / Basic Qualifications:
  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a a US DoD Secret clearance.
  • Valid driver's license is required (travel to other local sites may be required).
  • Must have at least one year of professional work experience in the following
    • Gathering, analyzing, and reporting customer requirements
    • Preparing and presenting reports and supporting documentation
Must be able to begin the work day by 6:30am.

Desired Skills / Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional working experience with AutoCAD, PRISM, and/or CAFM systems.
  • Account management experience is desired.
  • High School diploma or GED is required
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
