Job Description

This is a temporary position with an undetermined end date.
Raytheon Missile Systems, Talent Acquisition (TA) is seeking a qualified, detailed and goal oriented customer service Talent Acquisition professional to join the Specialist team, headquartered in Tucson, Arizona. The successful candidate must have the ability and confidence to take initiative and exercise sound business judgment and maintain discretion and confidentiality of personal and propriety information.


Responsibilities:
  • Position provides operational support to the Talent Acquisition organization, its members and other business partners and customers at large.
  • Performs a wide range of recruitment and onboarding tasks in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
  • Schedules and coordinates interviews, the testing of applicants, reconciles and facilitates new hire paperwork and orientation.
  • May establish and document TA processes and procedures, and conducts and supports on-going internal and external audits.
  • Serve as the focal point for processing and submitting on-boarding transactions to various Raytheon HRIS systems.
  • Other daily responsibilities as assigned and may include, but are not limited to: processing expense reports, answer general questions regarding benefits, relocation, security clearance process, and other on-boarding questions.
  • Ability to work within established service level agreements.
Required Skills:
  • High School diploma
  • 4 years of overall experience working in a fast paced recruiting, HR, customer service or other comparable environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, maintain appropriate business acumen and communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Data entry experience
Desired Skills:
  • Associates degree and previous experience supporting recruiting or HR teams.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft, HireRight, BrassRing/Kenexa and other HR systems preferred.
  • Certifying Authority
  • Prior DOD contractor experience a plus.
