Job Description

Raytheon Supply Chain Leadership Development Program (SCLDP) is looking for capable, self-confident individuals interested in a challenging and rewarding internship opportunity. An internship with Supply Chain will allow for broad exposure to both senior leadership and Enterprise wide initiatives as well as learning and using Raytheon’s tools and resources. Potential internship assignments include but are not limited to Supply Chain Operations, Subcontracts, Proposal Support, Strategic Sourcing and Enterprise Procurement.

The ideal candidate should have strong academic credentials and experience in working in a teamwork environment, having not only academic, but also interpersonal skills to help optimize our teams. Additionally, the candidate should possess an inquisitive nature and a strong desire to learn real world applications to complement their academic experience.

This position requires access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.

Firm Job Requirements:
  • Candidates must be positioned to obtain their Bachelor’s degree with a specialty in Supply Chain Management, Operations or related field between December of 2019 and June of 2020. Copies of transcripts are required.
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher (in a 4.0 scale)
  • Must be mobile and willing to relocate
  • Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance*
Desired Requirements:
  • An educational background in an engineering or technical discipline.
  • Previous experience with manufacturing, assembly, engineering, and/or production
*This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. Non-US citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance. The Defense Industrial Security Clearance Office (DISCO), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. Security clearance factors include, but are not limited to, allegiance to the US, foreign influence, foreign preference, criminal conduct, security violations and drug involvement.
