Job Description

The Intelligence, Information, and Services HR/Talent Acquisition (TA) team is seeking an intern candidate to perform project-based work and provide general support to the TA team. This is a full-time summer position. The individual in this role will gain exposure to and work with Talent Acquisition and University Programs, including recruiting, university programs, summer intern program, and other various talent acquisition activities.
This internship experience will offer insight into major HR/TA processes and procedures along with project work supporting key TA initiatives, university recruiting and interview scheduling. In most situations, your primary role will be to support the University Programs recruiter with recruiting/administrative tasking, execute initiatives with the summer intern program, and/or events for Talent Acquisition programs, and to ensure other timely projects/deliverables are met.

Job Accountabilities

• Provide support for college recruiting (scheduling interviews, onboarding tasks, etc.)
• Provide support for the summer college intern program
• Assist in maintaining internal recruiting databases
• Handle requests for information and data (ex. background checks)
• Assist in the preparation data collection and reporting
• Providing support for ad-hoc projects
• Perform other related routine administrative and clerical duties as assigned

Required Skills:
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong partnering, follow-up and interpersonal skills
  • Professional presence and communications
  • Ability to work with multiple levels of employees
  • Driven work ethic
Preferred Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
  • Prior business experience in HR
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook

Required Education (including Major):
Junior, Senior, or Post-Graduate Level Standing pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree with an emphasis in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development or other HR related field. Desired GPA of 3.0 cumulative or greater.
