Job Title: Surveillance Finance Intern

Surveillance Radars is an Air Traffic Control business area, including the Air Traffic Navigation, Integration, and Coordination System (ATNAVICS) program, valued at $800M since 2004. ATNAVICS is a fully-autonomous, highly-mobile Ground-Controlled Approach (GCA) system. The system provides air traffic services for the rapid deployment of troops and equipment to remote locations. The selected individual will provide program control analysis and support for the ATNAVICS program, as well as other Surveillance Air Traffic radar programs, and participate in financial planning & analysis (FP&A) activities.

Responsibilities will include earned value budget control maintenance and analysis, accounting system contract structure setup and reporting, IOT creation/oversight, weekly risk and opportunity analysis, and support of monthly forecasts and operation reviews. The candidate will gain valuable experience interacting with engineering, program office, and manufacturing functions along with developing significant program execution experience on high profile IIS programs.

Required Education
Candidate must be enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursuing a technical degree in the area of Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting. A GPA of 3.0+ in a 4.0 grade scale is desired. Please include your transcript with your resume. You must have obtained sophomore, junior, or senior status as of summer 2018.

This position can be for a Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior Internship based on the candidate’s qualifications as they relate to the skills, experience and responsibility requirements for the position.

·Freshman status – must have completed up to 29 hours of college credits towards degree as of Summer 2018.
·Sophomore status – must have completed 30 hours of college credits towards degree and obtained Sophomore status as of Summer 2018.
·Junior status – must have completed 60 hours of college credits towards degree and obtained Junior status as of Summer 2018.
·Senior status – must have completed 90 hours of college credits towards degree and obtained Senior status as of Summer 2018.
