Job Description:
Be a part of the IIS Budgets team and support the functional and mission area overhead budgeting and reporting. Responsibilities will include providing reports and analysis for both routine reporting and ad-hoc requests. Assist in the development of new reports, processes and review and documentation of desktop procedures. Existing and newly created reports will require thorough analyses and full validation of the data.

Key responsibilities for the qualified candidate include:
  • Prepare routine weekly and monthly reports for the functional and mission areas
  • Review and documentation of desktop procedures
  • Data analysis and validation
Required Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Must be capable of multi-tasking, while maintain attention to details
Desired Skills
  • Experience in SAP and SAP’s Business Warehouse
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Knowledge of GAAP, Government Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
Required Education
Candidate must be enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursuing an administrative or technical degree in the area of Business. A GPA of 3.0+ in a 4.0 grade scale is desired. Please include your transcript with your resume. You must have obtained sophomore or junior status as of Summer 2018.

This position can be for a Sophomore or Junior Internship based on the candidate’s qualifications as they relate to the skills, experience and responsibility requirements for the position.

·Sophomore status – must have completed 30 hours of college credits towards degree and obtained Sophomore status as of Summer 2018.

·Junior status – must have completed 60 hours of college credits towards degree and obtained Junior status as of Summer 2018.
