Job Description

Raytheon Intelligence, Information & Services (IIS) has an open position for a Program Manager within the Platform Systems Sustainment & Logistics Support (SLS) program area. The successful candidate will provide oversight to ensure adherence to program schedules, costs, milestones and technical performance, prepare corrective action plans for technical and schedule issues, and coordinate proposal preparation. The Program Manager will be accountable for achieving all internal financial goals, supporting process improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance to all applicable policies and procedures. The program manager will need to leverage their technical sustainment and logistics understanding to support the customer’s mission and ensure program success. This position will have direct oversight for Depot Repairs program (including over 80 active contracts).

Required Skills:

• 10 years of related experience in US Government/DoD engineering, product sustainment, product support and/or logistics disciplines
• Experience as a lead or manager of a technical program/project
• Experience establishing and maintaining good working relationships with all levels of the organization, including Government customer, internal leadership, and support organizations
• Experience with technology and/or product development programs
• Proven ability working with EVMS or similar PM tool
• Experience leading and/or working on proposal preparation
• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
• Must be willing and able to travel as required

Desired Skills:

• Excellent written and presentation skills, including negotiation Experience leading fixed price contracts.
• Proven ability to quickly come up to speed on technical and management efforts currently underway
• Raytheon Program Management Level 5 Certification or similar, or ability to obtain certification within 1 year.
• Experience with military platforms, architectures, capabilities, customers, and/or missions
• Ability to obtain secret or higher clearance

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field. May substitute experience for education, (i.e., no degree plus 18 years of related experience, Associate’s degree plus 14 years of related experience.) 100282
