University Programs: Junior Vulnerability Researcher (Bachelor’s Degree Level)

Job Description

Raytheon Centers of Innovation (COI), is focused on providing software and hardware level information security solutions ranging the spectrum of offensive and defensive security technologies for computer network operations.

Key areas of focus include reverse engineering, persistence/anti-persistence technologies, forensics/anti-forensic analysis, vulnerability assessment, wireless and network communications, and low level development.

Raytheon Centers of Innovation (COI) provides security consulting and training services to government and fortune 500 customers. Raytheon Centers of Innovation (COI) is seeking recent college graduates for our Junior Vulnerability Researcher positions in Indialantic, Florida, Arlington, VA, Annapolis Junction, MD, Huntsville, AL and Texas locations

Required Skills:

* Experience or coursework in Reverse Engineering, Ollydbg, Windbg, IDA Pro, ASM, X86/ARM/PPC/MIPS
* US Citizenship status is required as this position will need a US Security Clearance within 1 Year of start date.

Desired Skills:
* Demonstrated experience or coursework in Python, C/C++ , Windows Internals, Fuzzing Techniques, Exploit Development, Crash Analysis

Required Education:
* Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Mathematics or Computer Scienceawarded with the past 18 months or by Summer 2018.

This position requires the ability to obtain a government security clearance. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Non-US citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance. The Defense Industrial Security Clearance Office (DISCO), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. Security clearance factors include, but are not limited to, allegiance to the US, foreign influence, foreign preference, criminal conduct, security violations and drug involvement. Employment is contingent on other factors, including, but not limited to, background checks and drug screens.
