Job Description

Raytheon Global Business Services (GBS) Contracts to Cash department seeks to maximize cash performance from point of contract award through final invoicing. This position is the point of entry into the financial system which allows for bookings, invoicing and customer deliveries.
This position within the Contracts to Cash department is crucial in the cycle of generating cash for Raytheon Company.
"This position requires access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship."

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

•Accurate and timely preparation of complex customer invoicing of Government, Commercial and Foreign contracts.
•Use independent judgment to collect and extract periodic billing costs, compile and analyze financial and contract data to prepare and audit billing documents.
•Work with complex financing contracts that require advanced analytical skills.
•Provide accurate unbilled analysis for all assigned contracts.
•Review new contract input and modifications for accurate billing information.
•Analysis of cost incurred and reconciliation of any variances.
•Work with Contract Setup, Program Finance, and Contracts Department to resolve issues preventing invoicing.
•Work with Accounts Receivable to resolve over/underpayments and liquidation variances.
•Understanding of FAR regulations as they apply to Government Financing.
•Participate in Six Sigma Specialist Projects to effect process improvement.

•Ability to perform assigned tasks with minimal direct supervision.

Desired Skills:

•Knowledge of SAP financial processes and reporting tools.
•Demonstrated tendency to take ownership of role and responsibilities.
•Creative thinker with desire to pro-actively seek out unique solutions.
•MBA or advanced degree with focus in Accounting or Finance

Required Education (including Major):

2 years with a BS/BA or 0 years with a MBA/Masters Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or similar discipline. Degrees must be obtained by Summer 2017 or within 18 months prior to start date.
