Raytheon is looking for Finance Program Cost Control Analyst to join our Mission Support Mission Finance Team in Richardson, Texas.

The Finance Program Cost Control Analyst will be responsible for providing value-added "end-to-end" program financial analysis support to the Program, Finance Manager and Finance Lead.

Duties included but not limited to for Finance Program Cost Control function:
Provide cost, schedule, EVMS analysis/reporting, funding planning, reporting, monitoring, and analysis support to the Program Manager, utilizing standard company tools, and in compliance with standard processes.

In addition, the successful candidate will participate in creating and tracking of metrics, using the metrics as the basis for projection of completions or costs, analyzing data to find root cause drivers of adverse trends, creating spreadsheets and presentations which capture this data, and use of on-line tools for gathering of cost and schedule status and creating projections based on the status.

This includes:
o Development of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and maintenance of
o Preparation of Work Authorization Documents
o Development of time-phased budgets and schedules
o Monitor costs and manpower on a weekly basis ensuring that actuals are within budget and charged to the correct end objective
o Measure performance (earned value) on a monthly basis and generate EV reports, status, graphs, analysis, etc. as contractually required.
o Provide PMO and CAMS with internal reports on cost and schedule performance
o Prepare internal program review presentations for Raytheon management
o Develop financial Contract Data Requirements (CDRL) for submittal to customers
o Provide funding forecast to internal/external customers (CFSR).Monitor billing status and unbilled issues
o Work with BD, Accounting and Product Line Business Manager to properly forecast and recognize Bookings/Sales/Profit and provide variance analysis for same
o Support audits of financial information by internal auditors, external auditors, DCAA and other agencies - Assist with development of Engineering Change Proposals (ECP's)
o Participate on Raytheon Six Sigma process improvement projects.

Required Experience, Knowledge and/or Skills:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or other related major
- Working knowledge of accounting practices and procedures e.g., Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Intermediate/Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access)
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, clear verbal and writing abilities, task flexibility, sensitivity to customer’s needs.

This position requires the ability to access systems that contain information restricted to US Citizens based on certain Federal Government contractual requirements.

Required Education (including Major):
Bachelor's Degree obtained within the past 18 month or by Fall 2016/ Spring 2017 in Finance, Accounting or other related major.
