Using proven Six Sigma process improvement methodologies, we help companies to quickly and cost-effectively become more efficient in their processes, more successful in customer satisfaction and retention, more effective in resource management and more profitable. Six Sigma is a ROI-driven business process whereby companies examine, redesign, improve and monitor everyday business activities in ways that enable them to minimize inefficiencies, deliver higher-quality outputs and enhance customer service and value. At a time when customers demand greater value and stakeholders continue to expect healthy profit margins, process improvement has proven to be one of the few ways for a company to quickly get "more from less." The agency has implemented successful process improvement projects for clients, as well as sister advertising and marketing services agencies. They have all experienced tangible benefits from this approach, such as: 50% improvement in on-time billing. Marketing concept approval process reduced from 20 steps to just 5 Cycle time for other approvals reduced by about 20 days Project ROI of 447% 25% increase in account productivity with no additional staffing 21% increase in the number of completed client projects $500,000 in additional work based upon improved client relationship. Enhanced team building and client bonding via use of project teams This process improvement approach is transferable to any type of business, and can be applied on a small scale to a specific aspect of the company - for example, your billing procedures, meeting effectiveness, decision-making cycle time, client assessment - or broadly across the entire organization.
