Job Description

The Rapaport Group is an international network of companies providing added value services that support the development of fair, transparent, competitive and efficient diamond and jewelry markets. RapNet, a division of the Rapaport Group, is an online B2B diamond trading network catering to thousands of diamond manufacturers, dealers and retailers internationally. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations, the Customer Service Representative will serve as the trusted point of contact for RapNet’s customers, beginning from post-sale and extending through onboarding, renewals and upgrades. The Customer Service Representative will proactively engage with each account ensuring the leverage of every RapNet function and maximizing the value of each RapNet subscription.

This is a full time position based in Las Vegas, NV

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage customer relationships from end to end once a sale is made
  • Renew annual subscriptions
  • Cross-sell and upsell products to existing members
  • Explain new features and onboard new customers
  • Monitor customer usage and perform regular customer ‘health checkups’
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with customers to drive product adoption

Requirements:

  • Must have reliable transportation
  • 2+ years of direct customer service experience
  • Technical skills and affinity for solving technology issues when assisting customers
  • Ability to understand customer requirements, identity, upsell, cross-sell and address customer needs
  • Team player with a high level of integrity
  • Strong listening and communication skills with the ability to be the voice of the customer in our team
