Local company is looking for a Property Manager. Monday through Friday, 6 am – 6 pm




  • Addressing tenant needs/requests
  • Working alongside other property manager
  • Maintaining client information in database
  • Phones: answering, rerouting, returning calls
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Performing final inspections when tenants move out
  • Dispersing and collecting keys
  • Creating and managing folders/files
  • Other duties as assigned


  • 2 Years property management experience preferred
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly
  • Excellent computer skills, able to learn new software quickly
  • Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • California Real Estate License is a plus
