Position Overview

Compensation Associate

This position will provide project support, data management and analysis for the Compensation group within the People and Development Department. Integral team member in the design, implementation and administration of company compensation projects, programs and processes.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:

* Project support, platform administration and active team member in development and implementation of global compensation initiatives such as annual salary planning process, recognition/appreciation, job infrastructure, employee value proposition, data management systems or others as prioritized.

* Coordinate compensation survey submissions and conduct market pricing of positions to evaluate internal equity and external competitiveness in support of Compensation Business Partners

* Partner with People and Development touchpoints and line managers to document and standardize business specific incentive plans and develop governance for proper documentation of payment calculations and approvals

* Under the direction of Compensation colleagues, assist in the preparation of personalized Total Rewards Statements for the Company's director and above population containing detailed information regarding salary, bonus and equity awards

* Assist in systems testing and data audits for all compensation operations such as stock grants, bonus payments, salary planning and others

* Support executive compensation, stock administration and compensation business partners on ad hoc analysis and data management

* Develop presentations and communications, provide documented analysis to support recommendations and project manage department initiatives

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Requirements / Skills:

* Undergraduate degree, major in Business, Human Resources Management, Economics or Finance preferred
* Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive data
* Strong analytical and mathematical skills
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
* High level of proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint (formulas, pivot tables, vlookup, data presentation)
* Ability to handle multiple projects with competing deadlines
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
