About Rainbow Valley

Our roots in Eugene go back nearly three decades, when Rainbow Valley was founded as a small design/build firm. In 1971, a loosely-structured collection of carpenters and other construction specialists begain working with Stephen Williams to carry out his designs. As their reputation for top notch work grew, so did the company. In 1988 a major reorganization took place, and Rainbow Valley Inc. was born. Originally organized as a cooperatively-owned corporation, Rainbow Valley is now owned by ten equal partners. "The owners represent a diverse pool of collective skills. They are carpenters, business managers, design school graduates and former independent licensed general contractors." Our enviable reputation is still growing, but our unique approach to design and construction ensures that each of our projects gets the individualized care and attention it deserves.
