Job Description

The Telecom Billing Coordinator oversees the company's Telecom invoicing. The billing coordinator needs to drive the billing process by utilizing complex problem-solving skills and strong interaction skills. Coordinator will need to ensure they review and approve all company invoices accurately and efficiently. The role is best suited for a team player who is action-oriented and has strong communication skills.


Full-Time Monday-Friday, 8:00a.m.-4:30p.m. Position is temporary, 2-3 months. Possible temp to hire.

Job Requirements

* Management of daily and monthly telecom expense duties including reviewing, allocating, and processing invoices for payment within our Telecom Expense Management system.
* Utilize telecom inventory to ensure all telecom invoice approvals are for qualified and validated services
* Engaging with vendors for account reconciliation and billing disputes
* Interdepartmental communication with finance and accounts payable teams to ensure payment processing and accurate reporting on disconnected services
* Other duties as required

Education, Experience & Additional Requirements:

* Degree in accounting, preferred
* Background in billing AR/AP, a plus
* Detail oriented with strong organization skills
* Independently manages own work
* Intermediate Excel Skills
* Must have a proactive approach to problem solving
* Strong written & verbal communication skills
* Ability to multi-task

Physical Demands

This position often requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting reaching with hands and arms, using hands and fingers, handling, constant talking, and hearing. Also, must be able to lift over 50 pounds, occasionally. All employees are to assist and participate as members of a lift assistance team (for special accommodation patients or any patient requiring assistance onto a table or equipment placement) to initiate or complete an exam or procedure.

Working Environment

Representatives work in a medical office setting with low to moderate noise level.
