Job Description

Radcom is looking for a Project Leader to support the Operations department. This position is full-time, exempt, and reports directly to the Operations Manager.

Benefits eligible - medical, dental, HSA, PTO, etc.

Job Summary:

Design and develop documentation and/or training and development solutions for clients providing the best options based on company and client goals. Manage projects and assigned staff following Radcom project methodology. Ensure good customer relations through communication and positive results to build trust and strong business relationships with clients. Work with clients to expand opportunities for Radcom to help them meet business goals. Work in conjunction with Operations Manager, Vice President of Operations, and Sales staff, including but not limited to, the areas of scheduling and staffing.


  • Strong knowledge of the English language.
  • Ability to assimilate complex technical information.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to write for a clearly defined audience.
  • Knowledge of technical subject matter consistent with deliverable requirements may include but may not be limited to computers, electronics, manufacturing technologies, engineering, finance/banking, healthcare industry practices and technologies, higher education, and insurance.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute project management plans.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and teambuilding skills.
  • Advanced understanding of the instructional design process and adult learning theory.
  • Ability to design and develop various learning solutions including online learning, instructor-led training, mobile learning, etc.
  • Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods.
  • Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and in team environments.
  • Ability to recognize and develop alternative solutions and additional business needs.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to use multiple, industry standard software programs.


  • Conduct needs analysis with subject matter experts.
  • Plan, organize, design, and develop materials, including reference materials, technical documentation, online training, instructor-led training materials, and other types of user assistance.
  • Write, edit, proofread, and format materials using a variety of software tools.
  • Act as mentor and coach to assigned staff.
  • Awareness of financial impact of decisions on company and client goals.
  • Ongoing personal development and goal achievement in conjunction with defined company strategic initiatives.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Mange project scope to keep projects on-time and on-budget.
  • Manage multiple projects and people at one time.
  • Continuous learning to keep skills up-to-date and relevant.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor's degree in related field or related work experience.
  • Approximately 8 -10 years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise in instructional design and/or technical writing.
  • Extensive experience in different types of projects in different industries.
  • Extensive experience in basic and advanced software tools.
  • Proven experience in project management and leadership.
  • Current memberships or association in professional and instructional design organizations and/or technical writing.
  • Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing requirements.
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Consulting background a plus.
