Your Role:

Are you a professional consultant with 4 - 8 years in the Environmental Planning field looking for an opportunity to advance your career with a growing team in the greater Orange County area?

We are seeking advancing professionals who desire to work with exceptional mentors and a growing team with a proven record of delivering excellent environmental impact analysis and regulatory permitting services for a diverse client group.

Duties:

* Prepares and supports logical, well-written, comprehensive, and legally defensible analyses for use in CEQA/NEPA documents
* Conducts research to support CEQA/NEPA analyses and documents
* Assists project managers in the delivery of CEQA/NEPA documents
* Coordinates in-house work products of other staff
* Coordinate with sub-consultants and perform third-party review of technical studies
* Prepares scopes of work and fees for proposals
* Participates in marketing events and pre-bid meetings
* Manages preparation of CEQA/NEPA documents for smaller projects

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in environmental sciences, urban development, planning, policy or related field is required; a master's degree is advantageous
* 4-8 years of progressively responsible experience in preparing CEQA/NEPA analyses and documents
* Strong writing and analytical as well as oral skills
