Job Description

Provide internal audit services and support to system internal audit function.

1. Participate in all phases of the internal audit process; documenting audit procedures, organize and maintain audit workpapers, prepare draft audit reports, assist with follow up documentation.

2. Communicate with auditees to obtain audit evidence.

3. Research and collect data to support audit projects.

4. Create and maintain spreadsheets to support audit workpaper findings and recommendations.

5. Enter information into audit software (ACL GRC).

6. Prepare audit schedules. Review data analytics / continuous monitoring results to look for anomalies and investigate as directed.

7. Perform other duties, as assigned.

Job Requirements

Must be at least a Junior or Senior working towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a major in accounting or finance (preferably accounting) from an accredited college or university and have completed at least one (1) course related to auditing.

* Must be able to move about hospital and between workstations.
* Must be able to understand directions, communicate and respond to inquiries; requires effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work with associates at all levels of the organization.
* Must be able to input and retrieve information from computer.
