Job Description

Proforma is seeking a Help Team/QA Specialist for broad spectrum support. This candidate's primary responsibility will be the utilization of test scripts to beta test our in-house software platforms. In addition, the role will include (on an as needed basis) the following skills: PC configuration and troubleshooting; in-house and webinar training and education on our proprietary software system; as well as respond to incoming inquiries via phone, voicemail and email.

General Requirements: Candidate must have a High School Diploma and a 2+ years of continuing education preferred. Other qualifications: Must have good communication and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal, listening, and written skills are required. Must be able to follow specific written directions and vocalize pertinent questions resulting from a testing environment. Must be available between the hours of 8:00am- 8:00pm Monday-Friday. Overtime is possible on an on-call basis.

Computer Requirements : Basic to intermediate computer knowledge in Personal Computer configuration and troubleshooting; working knowledge of Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience needed: 2-3 years experience working in call center/team environment
