The Operations Analyst is primarily responsible for Maintenance Services which includes but is not limited to the processing of centralized customer, deposit and loan account maintenance. Analyst will work directly with internal bank customers (Bankers, Relationship Managers and other departments) to analyze and complete necessary core system updates, process files and resolve issues.

* Manage, review and prioritize requests in assigned work queues and department shared mailbox.
* Establish and maintain effective communication as a partner for internal clients
* Provide timely and informed support for a range of inquiries including the processing of workflows, rate changes, rate adjustments and other customer account maintenance inquiries.
* Complete and process internal client requests, review for accuracy and completeness and enter data into the IBS Insight system
* Ensure a high level of accountability & consistency in adhering to our internal customer quality, processing, communication and turnaround
* Responsible for completing department metrics reporting and projects as assigned
* Complete on line Regulatory classes as required and participate in continuous process improvement programs


* Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize work based on request volume and other departmental assignments as assigned
* Detailed and process oriented with a focus on integrity and accuracy of information
* Requires strong verbal and written communication skills
* Manages prioritization and timely resolution of queries and requests
* Knowledge of ACBS, IBS Customer-Deposit-Loan or Retirement systems, Active:View, NetImage helpful.
* Demonstrate strong teamwork, independent learning, detailed analysis of requests, compliance to policy and procedure
* Intermediate user of Microsoft office
* College degree preferred, or 3-5 years in retail or deposit operations, or similar role considered
