Responsibilities

* Responsible and accountable for syndication servicing team within Loan Services.
* Ensures team meets SLAs; develops and implements metrics.
* Assess team volumes, productivity, capacity, and performance.
* Leverage data in decision process.
* Develop partnerships with internal departments to enhance productivity and communication.
* Responsible for creating team's policy and procedures.
* Participate or lead projects with department for process improvement.
* Responsible for coaching, training, and developing team members.

Qualifications

* Recognized management and interpersonal skills
* 5-7 years experience required
* College Degree; Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and other technology platforms
* Knowledge and understanding of syndicated commerical loans
* ACBS and Metavante experience preferred
* Team and collaboration skills
