Job Description

Our Client is looking for an Administrative Assistant for a temp-to-hire position in Bridgewater, NJ.

Hours: Monday - Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Job Duties:

* Manage calendar for booking conference room reservations.
* Answer and direct calls in a courteous and timely manner for multi-line system..
* Coordinate meetings and conference calls
* Communicate with clients and vendors via phone, e-mail, and in person regarding their service needed.
* Provide exceptional customer service and follow-ups to clients via phone or e-mail.
* Assist and take ownership of ad-hoc projects
* Organize and maintain various filing systems.
* Sort and distribute mail
* Operate office equipment including typewriter, computer, facsimile and copy machine

Required Skills:

* Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Internet Explorer, Chrome, or FireFox
* PC knowledge
* Reliability and promptness.
* Very good written and oral communication skills.
* Ability to excel in driving the organization's goals and objectives.
* Highly self-motivated and directed with keen attention to detail.
