SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist develops innovative and aggressive methods to source, evaluate, and pipeline candidates. In addition, this position builds candidate pools or databases, identifies potential candidates and uses cost-effective sourcing techniques to attract applicants, minimizing the use of external agencies. The Sourcing Specialist fosters and cultivates relationships with key candidates and large-scale healthcare talent pools to deliver upon both immediate short-term needs and strategic long-term goals. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Sourcing Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring Presence Health is sourcing the best possible talent for the clients served.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with Recruiters to review and understand the functions and qualification for specific job requisitions.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and assess talent to fill difficult to fill positions, to generate ideas, leverage resources, and share information that creates an effective search process.
- Utilize creative means and best practices to research, source, attract, and contact possible candidates to develop a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Source active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, internal databases, job boards, social media outlets and referrals.
- Screen candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Communicate effectively throughout the sourcing process, including sharing and educating the team on creative sourcing skills.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field and 1-2 years’ applicable experience that includes sourcing in the healthcare industry preferred, or equivalent combination of experience and education. Understanding of various sourcing techniques.
Computer Skills
Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of information. Must be proficient with Windows-style applications and keyboard.
Expert skill using internet resources including but not limited to: resume databases, recruiting and search techniques such as LinkedIn, user group lists, industry-specific online professional networks, advanced Boolean searches, blogs, and job boards.
