Job Description

Regalis Health Services is the MSO (Management Services Organization) for Northeast Ohio's leading independent, multi-specialty medical practices. Our growing group practices encompasses internal and family medicine, medical and surgical specialties, and has comprehensive on-site diagnostic centers conveniently located in the communities we serve in the Cleveland metro area.


IT support technician is responsible for supporting customers' data networks, internal systems, and users. The role will encompass a broad range of functions including manning the helpdesk phone line, software, hardware, and network setup, configuration, installations, and troubleshooting related issues. Additionally, the position will be responsible to travel between sites and maintain system documentation, etc.

Primary Duties:

  • Handle customer communications such as answering service calls and emails
  • Provide First level help desk support and hands-on support for escalated issues
  • Setup and/or move workstations as needed
  • Able to support mobile devices such as phones, (Mac, Windows, iOS, Androids)
  • Maintain knowledge base by creating/updating departmental and documentation.
  • Perform Hardware and Software deployment and maintenance activities.
  • Travel to sites as needed.
  • Perform additional duties or assignments as assigned by management.
  • Open to a flexible schedule. Occasionally candidate may be required to work before or after normal business hours. Candidate will also be part of an on-call support schedule rotation.


  • Associate, Bachelor or 1-3 years of helpdesk support experience is a must.
  • Two or more years experience with MS Servers, laboratory information systems software, electronic medical records, practice management & billing software, or equivalent systems also preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with others in an open-door environment
  • Understanding of network and system fundamentals, including but not limited to: TCP/IP, DNS, VoIP, Active Directory, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Operating -Systems, Mac OS X, and Office365
  • Proven ability to provide excellent customer service, able to multi-task and adjust to quickly changing priorities, able to work at a fast pace, responsive to feedback and guidance, strong team player.
  • The ability to support a wide range of technical scenarios. Must also be able to work on tasks independently with minimum supervision
  • Must possess strong problem-solving skills and excellent Troubleshooting and phone support skills.
  • Must be an organized, self-motivated individual with the willingness to learn diverse systems and processes
  • Must be detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills.
  • Require occasional after-hours and weekend support for system upgrades or emergencies
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at one time and manage tight deadlines
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Ability to proactively follow-up on open and unclear items
  • Complete work with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Able to travel to remote sites in the Cleveland metro area.
