We are currently looking for Account Executives to add to our rapidly growing team!

  • Our Account Executives are not only responsible for growing existing customer business, they have the opportunity to generate new customer relationships/business within a given territory! As a distributor of professional beauty products, we pride ourselves in offering the finest product portfolio, exclusively designed to meet the needs of salons and their clientele. Our belief is, salon owners and stylists want to know who they are doing business with, to ensure they are provided with superior products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly sales, marketing, and distribution goals within assigned territory
  • Develop productive business relationships with all customers; must be able to interpret and respond to customers' needs in a timely fashion
  • Generate continued growth in assigned territory
  • Quickly articulate and communicate to management any sales and market related issues affecting successful performance
  • Keep current on all industry trends, training initiatives and product knowledge
  • Use all systems/tools/reports made available in order to analyze, plan, prospect, and execute sales strategies within territory
  • Deliver effective professional sales presentations
  • Attend sales meetings and participating in any efforts beyond standard working hours to help achieve company goals
  • Perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned to support education and salon events

Qualifications:

  • Be goal oriented, persuasive, creative, have excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in B2B sales and knowledge of beauty industry is preferred
  • Must possess an energetic "Sales Personality" and professional appearance
  • Listen and connect professionally with diverse customers and demonstrate sensitivity to their needs
  • Results-orientated with the ability to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Can analyze territory through various reports
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Must be highly organized, ability to work in an unsupervised environment
  • Must have the ability to prioritize responsibilities, work effectively and multitask
  • Strong follow-up skills required
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
