This position is for an Automation Co-Op.

The Automation Co-op will:

* Support automation engineering group with troubleshooting and issue resolution related to the automation systems.
* Assist in the design, development, and qualification of automated processes, equipment, and systems.
* Assist in developing and testing code and designing system architectures on continuous improvement and capital projects.
* Follow all change management requirements, including updating design documentation, implementing and testing system changes for the site automation systems.
* Identify opportunities to improve existing processes, equipment, systems, and infrastructure.

Minimum Requirements:

* Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in a qualifying four-year engineering degree program. (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Engineering Technology)
* Understanding of voltage, circuits, wiring diagrams and programming.
* Strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills.
* Must be organized and work well with constant priority changes.
* Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
* Outstanding problem-solving, analytical and interpersonal skills.
* Previous experience with MS Office products and AutoCad
* Experience with computer software programming preferred.

Desirable Knowledge:

* Robotics
* PLC programming/Ladder Logic
* CAD Drawing a plus
