Who we are looking for:

POSSIBLE is seeking an Executive Assistant who is interested in digital marketing, is bright, organized and eager to learn about the industry. You'll thrive here if you are a self-motivated, detail-oriented, flexible individual who is committed to supporting our Executive Leadership team, employees and clients. This contract-to-hire position is an introduction to the business and ideal for entry-level candidates interested in pursuing a career at an advertising agency.

What you'll do:

* Provide administrative support, travel coordination and calendar management for the Managing Director, Executive Creative Director, and the SVP, Operations.
* Support the Executive Team to coordinate team reviews, meetings, events and internal projects.
* Support the Executive Team to track and report progress against business goals, success metrics and leadership initiatives.
* Support the Recruiting team to coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications and management within our applicant tracking system.
* Provide ad hoc support to various internal teams (Resourcing, Talent, Finance, Facilities).
* Partner with Creative and Account teams to identify potential award show opportunities and coordinate submissions.
* Assist with coordinating philanthropy, community outreach and pro bono programs.

Skills Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
* Amazing attitude, insatiable curiosity and a sense of humor.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Fast learner, self-starter with excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
* Ability to work with little or no supervision in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with good judgment and problem-solving skills.
* Must be resourceful and able to deal with ambiguity and last-minute changes.
* Ethical, respectful, and able to deal with confidential and sensitive matters.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Outlook.
