Portsmouth Regional Hospital is a 209-bed acute care hospital located in Portsmouth, NH, and is part of HCA, the nation's largest provider of healthcare services. Progressive Care Neuro/Trauma (PCNT)

* 23-bed unit; Dedicated to stroke and trauma


* Types of patients: ICU step-down level of care; Titrating vasoactive IV-drips


* Procedures Performed: high risk surgeries such as craniotomies and deep brain stimulators as well as other orthopedic and trauma related surgeries

Experience:

* 1 to 3 years of acute care nursing in a critical care environment

Education:

* Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Degree preferred
* Tuition Reimbursement Program (up to $5,250/calendar year)
* Student Loan Assistance (up to $1,800/calendar Year)

Licensure and Certifications:

* Registered Nurse (RN) License in NH or valid Compact State License
* BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association Health Care Provider)
* Successful completion of Basic Arrhythmia - (within 3 months from hire)
* PCCN Certification (preferred)
* TNCC Certification (preferred)
* TCAR Certification (preferred)
* HCA will pay for certification renewals once employed
