Job Description

POPSUGAR is looking for a Sales Assistant in New York to support the Chief Revenue Officer and growing Brand Partnerships team. We are seeking a smart, hard-working self-starter who is passionate about the POPSUGAR brand.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Managing the CRO's calendar, arranging meetings, booking domestic and international travel and assisting in meeting preparation
* Submitting expense reports and booking travel for numerous executives
* Planning company-wide events including bi-annual Sales Training
* Registering and managing the executive team's agenda for major conferences
* Managing VIP client Must Have list
* Booking client outings for the brand partnerships team including dinners, shopping events, happy hours etc.
* Assisting brand partners and executives with client meeting needs such as catering, gifts, sales and trade materials etc.
* Organizing and allocating POPSUGAR's monthly Must Have boxes in the New York region and managing all client gifting
* Collaborating closely with the events and marketing teams to plan and execute sponsored events as needed
* Ordering branded content including premiums, holiday gifts and collateral while managing allocated budget
* Leading organization of bi-weekly National Sales Meeting

Qualifications:

* Ideal candidate will have 1-2 years experience at an online media company
* Excellent organizational skills
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to deliver under pressure while managing multiple tasks
* Must be detail oriented and flexible in an ever-changing environment
* Proactive and resourceful
* Extroverted and positive with a passion for the POPSUGAR brand

Desired Education:

* Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Advertising and/or Journalism
