Job Summary:

The HR Technology Manager is responsible for providing leadership, planning, project coordination and management for POOLCORP's human resources systems and processes while facilitating secure, efficient operations to meet current and future business needs. This position is responsible for analyzing and directing all functional activities within the scope of HR Technology. In addition, this position is accountable for ensuring continuity and successful delivery of functional services to users throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

* Overall ownership of the design, implementation, and continuous improvement efforts of processes and programs to support various activities and programs, including: Workforce Administration, Data Maintenance, HR Data Security, Reporting and Analytics, Systems Integrations and HR Scorecard
* Conducts needs assessments and develops business cases and requirements documentation to drive continuous improvement based on industry best practices.
* Drives organizational effectiveness and efficiency through partnership and collaboration with key business leaders and partners.
* Enhances and maintains quality and effectiveness of HR programs, processes, and systems (through all phases of selection, development, implementation, and evaluation).
* Ensures internal HR systems are effective and efficient, keeping the needs of all HR areas in mind (Benefits, Compensation, Staffing, Field Human Resources, Talent Management, Learning Management).
* Manages resources to complete projects on time and within budget.
* Leads change management efforts related to HR Programs.
* Other duties as may be assigned at management's discretion.

Requirements:

* BA or higher in technical field.
* 3+ years of experience in technology related field.
* Strong knowledge of HR systems, technology, and program design.
* Proven project/program management experience.
* Exceptional communication skills.
* Strong process orientation and organizational skills.
* Ability to execute tactical plans to support strategic initiatives.
* Ability to think beyond the current environment.
* Ability to influence others and sell ideas.
* Ability to communicate and interact with all levels of the organization from Executive to entry level employees.
* Proven vendor management skills, including the ability to influence and negotiate with vendors and key stakeholders.
* Ability to travel as business needs require. Current travel estimate is ~25%.
