As a Business Analytics Specialist within PNC Marketing, you will be a member of our Customer Management Organization, based in Pittsburgh, PA or Kalamazoo, MI

This position supports the creation of outbound marketing lists used for direct mail, outbound calling, email, etc.

SAS and SQL are the primary tools used to extract data from an enterprise customer database. In this role, you will interact with program owners that provide customer targeting requirements for specific direct marketing campaigns. You will use these requirements to develop SAS and SQL code to create lists of customers to target in the direct marketing campaigns. JAVA experience a plus.

This position requires strong attention to detail, and following a structured process to ensure all legal, compliance, and business requirements are satisfied.

Job Description

* Leverages analytical tools to provide business and technical support for the analytics process, tools and applications for a business function or business unit.
* Recommending appropriate performance measures to be produced including lifts, efficiencies, confidence intervals, and other statistical metrics.
* Analyzing and processing data, building and maintaining models and report templates, and developing dynamic, data-driven solutions.
* Assists senior consultants on gathering detailed, actionable reports documenting the findings from, data processing, and data analysis.
* Assists senior consultants on using business intelligence data for predictive analytics and facilitating implementation of new tools and data marts.
