Job Description

Plunkett Cooney, one of the largest and most accomplished law
firms in the Midwest, is seeking a mid-level attorney with 7 to 12
years to join our Columbus, Ohio office.The ideal candidate will
have relevant experience in all aspects of CLO work, including cash
flow lending, acquisition financing, and asset based transactions;
preparation and review of documents, including opinion letters;
familiarity with most types of security issues, particularly lien
perfection issues and filing requirements; and familiarity with
most types of loan related documents, including credit agreements,
indemnities, UCC's, guaranties, subordination agreements and
inter-creditor agreements.
We are seeking a dynamic lawyer with solid banking and/or
collaterized loan obligation experience, strong client relationship
and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple
priorities, articulate strategies, and propose course of
