Impact Fitness is a dynamic, rapidly growing franchisee of Planet Fitness. We are seeking a humble, adaptable, and personable self-starter to add value to the finance and administration team. In this role, you will support all aspects of the office team, in a way that is consistent with the values of Impact Fitness, and the Planet Fitness brand.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Assist on monthly supply ordering, Staples ordering, and uniform ordering
* Reconcile deposits and daily club revenue
* Open and sort incoming and outgoing mail
* Audit credit card receipts and code expense charges from the club level
* Place Tuesday and Friday pizza and bagel orders
* Scan and organize accounts payable invoices to prep for payment
* Input basic accounting journal entries for vendor payment
* General office administration, including scanning, filing and organization of files
* Assist on data entry and analysis of club statistics
* Scheduling responsibilities for operational team development meetings
* Cost savings projects with other members of the team
* Assist Human Resources/Payroll, Executive Administrator, and Accounting team as needed
* Special projects as assigned

This is a full-time, non-exempt position.


* Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Microsoft Excel
* Excellent communication (oral and written), team building, and planning skills
* Ability to prioritize assignments/projects within time constraints
* Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated commitment to teamwork
