You are:

A Sales Enablement College Intern with a strong work ethic who enjoys a challenging, fast-paced, and professional environment. As we continue to improve our processes, we are looking for someone with a creative mind and who is willing to take on a variety of projects. You are committed to championing new ideas, strategies or concepts to ensure that the business is retained and the client is satisfied.

You will:

* Assist in prep for team events and monthly sales incentives
* Assist with reporting for sales results as well as keeping roaster up to date
* Assist in onboarding new sales representative
* Learn about the sales enablement function through job shadowing and various meetings
* Willingness to complete other related tasks, as assigned
* Help identify process improvements and develop possible solutions

Your background:

* You are a current college student working towards a degree. Ideal candidate for this internship will be a current junior or senior in college.
* Good knowledge of excel.
* Have a high level of energy, be creative and enthusiastic, and have a willingness to learn.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Willing to work a minimum of 10 hours a week in this internship for no less than 12 continuous weeks. Summer hours can be discussed.
