Primary job responsibilities

* Biocompatibility of materials data compilation for risk assessment reports for each material type.
* Chemical compatibility of materials data compilation
* Work with development teams to assess material development needs/requirements.
* Conduct material characterization testing on materials provided or procured based on development team needs
* Bulk acoustic properties
* Mechanical properties DMA, TMA, Bond strength
* Thermal properties DSC
* Electrical properties

* Process development
* Mixing /blending
* Surface modifications
* Subassembly development

* Material process
* Coordinate material for grinding, sputtering, bonding, dicing etc.

* Data analysis
* Minitab
* Trade-off matrix

Report out - both written and oral presentations
