The entity:

Pernod Ricard EMEA & LATAM Headquarters activities are focused on the support and facilitation of the implementation of the Group's strategy and oversee the performance of the market companies.

The department and the position:

The marketing team is looking for an intern, working with both consumer insights & digital teams.

Within the Consumer Insight Team, you will participate in projects by analyzing marketing data and consolidating information provided by EMEA & LATAM affiliates, and work on digital projects. You will be trained for using the Group analytical tools and you will bring your conclusions to help the Department in making the best decisions and in enhancing the subsidiaries quality of work.

Within the digital team, you will participate in the circulation of the Group digital strategy in the region and you will support markets in their local activations.

You will be in touch with all the affiliates and the Group interlocutors.

Main missions:

Consumer Insight:

* Support in running projects related to positioning Pernod Ricard portfolio (Maestria)
* Preparation of case studies related to spirits market, based on markets and consumer information
* Consolidation of already gathered information about local brand strategies across EMEA-LATAM markets
* Analysis and reporting: reports on the Group performance, multi-country data analyses, ad hoc analyses on a brand or a subsidiary or Pernod Ricard EMEA-LATAM and competitors, macro-economic analyses
* Help in the multi-country consolidation of consumer data
* Support to the Marketing Department in Regional data consolidation and in the presentations preparation


* Accelerate on Digital Marketing and Connect topics

Support the acceleration of CRM in prioritized markets to increase Brand Equity and Drive Sales

Improve media campaigns (efficiency and effectiveness) through the support of pilots in region

Support the eCommerce Strategy for the Group on marketing aspects (Data, Campaigns,)

Support local relevant activations

* Explore new opportunities in Digital

Explore new business opportunities driven by digital by supporting, challenging and existing Marketing Platform in the region.

* Measure value driven by Digital

Implement a simple Digital Dashboard (in coordination with other teams) to measure the performance on conversation and conversion

* Orchestrate and Animate the Digital Community

Work on Benchmark, external insights to inspire the digital community

Centralize Best practices

Support the organization of digital summits & digital webinars

Business trips in different markets will be planned.

Required profile:

* Master's Degree - Business Schools or University
* Rigorous and organized
* Proactive
* Flair for figures
* Interest for digital
* Good analytical skills
* Fluent French and English (Spanish highly appreciated)
* Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills
