Job Description

Innovation is a growth accelerator and a strategic pillar for Pernod Ricard. It represents today 1/3rd of the Group's topline growth, with over 260 projects at all stages of their lifecycle.

Role Purpose:

The innovation team at Pernod Ricard Headquarters is in charge coordinating, consolidating and accelerating all innovation projects (products, but also services and experiences), from their inception to their business impact in market.

It also contributes to accelerating the adoption of agile / lean principles & ways of working throughout the Group, to adapt our organization to the new business challenges it faces today.

We think of ourselves as an internal startup, working for a wide range of internal clients: from innovation project managers in all of the Group's entities (80+), to marketing directors, CODIRs and COMEX, but also all transversal functions involved in innovation (finance, operations, legal…).

Each member of the team contributes fully to these missions by working both transversally and by complementing the team with his/her scope.


Reporting to the global Innovation Acceleration manager, you are in charge of consolidating and analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data on innovation projects to turn it into smart data: patterns, learnings, best practices, recommendations… that you can give back to the appropriate stakeholders within the Group to help them maximize their innovations' success. By doing so, you contribute to the Group's business impact through innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing and analyzing the Innovation Pipeline data (the Innovation Pipeline is our internal innovation management platform, capturing financial and qualitative performance for all innovation projects across the Group, at all stages of development):
* Supporting / coaching the innovators across the Group understand and capture value of their innovation
* Consolidate and analyze global innovation data (reports, case studies)
* Using the Pipeline as an entry point to educate on our global methodology and language of innovation
* Identify best practices and contribute to future developments of the platform

* Support the team in building capabilities across the Group on new business models
* Grow and animate the Group's innovation (150 project managers, 850+ innovation enthusiasts) by creating and sharing engaging content on innovation in our industry, ways of working, best practices…


* Fluent in English
* Analytical skills to deal with data
* Business oriented, and a strong interest for the Spirits industry
* Excellent attention to detail, ensuring deliverables are always at a very high standard
* Committed to the job; finds solutions; positive and motivated; Good at "getting things done"
* Cultural awareness and interpersonal skills - dealing with individuals with different backgrounds and culture
* Planning and Organization - structured planning, organizes time effectively
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Knowledge of business model canvas, lean methodology and design thinking is a plus!


* Innovation aptitude - a sense of curiosity, a thirst to learn and an ability to rapidly detect and adapt to changes, open to explore new areas
