Job Description

This diversified role requires a highly energized self-starter that is willing to perform any function on the administrative team. Those roles will include receptionist, cashier, payroll, filing, sales support, and more. This is a team that works together cross-functionally to reach business goals.

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will possess the following skills/qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience of strong Administrative support
* Ability to travel occasionally to Philadelphia, PA and Mays Landing, NJ
* Working some holidays
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Tech savvy
* Willingness to learn new technology to enhance office procedures and processes
* Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills including excellent grammar and ability to create professional correspondence
* Work well under pressure while meeting commitments and ensuring high quality standards are met
* Punctual and dependable
* Adjust to rapidly changing plans and priorities
* Maintain confidentiality
* A positive attitude
* Excellent error free data entry skills with great attention to detail
* Independently motivated and able to perform basic administrative tasks that includes working well within deadlines, and in a team environment as well as solution oriented
* Good communication and analytical skills


Preferred Experience:

* Payroll processing with Kronos and SAP, Banking systems.

Physical Requirements:

Cashiering requires extensive sitting at a workstation and using normal office equipment, including telephones, calculators, computers, copiers, fax machines, printers, coin/currency counters, check scanner and document shredders. This job requires extensive reading of information from computers, counting/verifying daily monetary receipts (cash/coin/checks), identifying/escalating exceptions related to monetary and product receipts, managing financial loss recovery and preparing documents using computer. Filing and lifting, up to 25 pounds are required.
