Job Description

Work with creative, production and communications teams to coordinate materials for mobile, web and email campaigns across the company. Must possess the critical thinking skills required to be able to identify opportunities to increase campaign efficacy and be a proactive person who can meet deadlines.

Areas of Responsibility:

1) Support PepsiCo's proprietary internal communications platform (PEPfeed)

* This role will consistently track and communicate updates to ongoing projects at team meetings and archiving relevant materials in Microsoft Teams.
* Responsible for daily tasks related to publishing and amplifying global corporate content. Make recommendations and address developments pertaining to the app to enhance the user experience.
* Update/maintain back-end training materials and facilitate new user training and new channel launches as needed for the content management system (CMS).
* Serve as a product expert, specializing in PepsiCo's global communications app. Also responsible for validating tech agenda updates and troubleshooting issues from our global network of publishers.

2) Support PepsiCo global internal emails

* Support Global Communications team members with queries received to the Corporate Communications email (SPA) box.
* Plan and execute communications for PepsiCo's Quarterly Earnings releases via internal channels.
* Assist in formatting of HTML emails and email sends.

3) Support the PepsiCo Global Internal Communications team for special assignments

* Assist global internal communications leadership team members (in addition to the VP) in special projects and occasional administrative tasks.
* Serve in back-up capacity to senior administrative assistant for the team.

Qualifications/Requirements

* Relevant or transferrable work experience; some college coursework or certifications desired
* High level of organization a must
* Proficient in uploading artwork and text using content management systems
* Basic working knowledge of HTML, and how to manipulate existing code to update web content (no development experience required)
* Basic artwork editing and creation
* Strong working knowledge of Office 365
* Knowledge of AP style guidelines preferred
* Google Analytics preferred
