Description

Penn State Harrisburg, School of Science, Engineering, and Technology invites applications for a tenure track Assistant Professor position in Electrical Engineering and Electrical Engineering Technology effective August 2019. The successful candidate is expected to teach undergraduate and graduate level courses and laboratories. Faculty are expected to engage in research and scholarly activities, service to the University, College, School, EE/EET programs, and professional societies, participate in ABET accreditation processes, and advise students. The minimum qualification is a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering. Applicants with experience and expertise in mixed signal high-speed systems including electrical and optical I/O interfaces, industrial electronics, and/or embedded systems will be given priority. Applicants with other areas of expertise may also be considered. Information about the College can be found at https://harrisburg.psu.edu/. The college offers ABET accredited BS degree programs in EE and EET, in addition to MSEE, M.Eng. EE and other graduate degree programs.
