The successful candidate will be an experienced professional who is comfortable practicing independently with limited backup, in a remote rural location. Along with being proficient and self-sufficient, promoting a harmonious workplace environment and providing the highest quality of patient care and safety are essential requirements. Position requires a 20 minute response time for all emergency and OB cases. We require you to be board certified and maintain a current license in the state of Alaska. Chronic Pain procedures are limited to SI joint, lumbar and caudal ESI under fluoroscopy.
- General anesthesia
- Regional Anesthesia: Ultrasound guided major and minor nerve blocks
- Neuraxial anesthesia: epidural and intrathecal anesthesia
- Chronic Pain: Lumbar ESI, SI joint, Caudal ESI under fluoroscopy
- Obstetric anesthesia: epidural and intrathecal anesthesia
- Healthy Peds
- EPIC EMR
- Pre-anesthesia evaluation and assessment
- Post-operative and Short-stay evaluation and assessment
