PeaceHealth is seeking a Provider Recruiting Coordinator - Physician Recruitment & Services for a 1.0 full time equivalent Non-Exempt position. This position will be working Day shift with shift durations of 8 Hours.

JOB SUMMARY

Under the general supervision of the Director, coordinates and maintains the system wide services for preparation and tracking of physician contracts and Tab C’s; Provider CME’s, dues and fees.  Supports system wide provider recruitment activities to include but not limited to advertising, accounting functions, conference and exhibit coordination, provider orientation and relocation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Working in collaboration with the Provider Recruiter, Physician Compensation and System legal, coordinates data related to Physician Contracts, prepares contracts for review and signature, assure proper and timely distribution and enter in to contract data base.

2. Assists and supports Providers system wide in CME, dues, fees and licenses.  Responds to questions and guides providers in accessing and tracking their benefit.  Support provider in the application, registration and reimbursement process.  Process background checks, NPDB and AMA.

3. Provides support to all System Provider Recruiters in creating, preparing and executing recruitment sourcing.  Assuring compliance with PeaceHealth marketing and branding guidelines, meeting deadlines and monitoring expiration dates.

4. Coordinate event registrations, materials and shipping of exhibits for all conferences and career fairs. Assure coordination with attending provider recruiter, prepare and process event registration, secure event lodging, prepare recruitment materials, and assure exhibit’s timely arrival and departure.

5. In coordination with the Lead Recruiter, coordinate month p-tel, prepare agenda and support follow-up on agenda items. 

6. Coordinate new employee orientation for physician and all relocation for providers.

7. Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:     

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or the experience that provide the caregiver with the requisite knowledge, skills and ability to perform the job.

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:              

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources or Provider Services.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:

None.

OTHER SKILLS:  

  • Proficient use of computer including Microsoft Office applications required. In-design, C360 preferred.

  • This position will be located at the Shared Services Center in Vancouver, WA.
