PeaceHealth is seeking a relief Provider based in the Bellingham, WA community. 

PeaceHealth Whatcom Hospice House is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (Relief) who is interested in providing back-up coverage as part of our multidisciplinary team within a Medicare Certified Hospice Program.
 

Whatcom Hospice House is a 12-bed inpatient unit providing exceptional clinical services for terminally ill patients located in Bellingham, WA. Our current team is comprised of two ARNPs, supervised and supported by the Hospice Medical Director.  The ARNPs also conduct CMS required Face to Face visits with hospice patients in our community program to certify continuing need for hospice services.
 

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:
• Previous Hospice experience preferred
• Licensed to practice in the state as a Nurse Practitioner
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required at date of hire.
• Have national prescriptive drug privileges with a DEA number
• Current Driver’s License and insurance required
