What You'll Get to Do:

The Accounting intern will be responsible for assisting the Corporate Accounts Payable department with administrative and analytical duties, but not limited to, the rollout of new Travel & Expense credit cards.

Administrative:

* Using Excel to cross reference corporate cardholder users with T&E matrix and to identify division groups
* Identifying current cardholder status, working with confidential information
* Assist in the rollout of new T&E credit cards
* Assist in the creation of training documentation to assist corporate cardholders

Analytical:

* Assist in reconciliation of current cardholder accounts, reviewing payment history and provide supporting backup
* Communicating with employees about upcoming events regarding the card and expense application

What You'll Bring:

Education & Experience:

* Working toward a four year degree in accounting or related field

Proficient with the following programs and skills:

* Excel
* Word
* PowerPoint
* Outlook
* Analysis

Problem Solving:

* Analytic skills with the ability to identify and resolve problems.
* Ability to multi-task, be organized and maintain strong attention to details.

Communications:

* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Must be able to interact with all internal departments and all levels of management.
