Job Description

PageDNA is currently seeking a resourceful Sales Development Representative to join our team to help us expand the list of successful customers using our e-commerce platform.

As an SDR you will work side by side with our CEO and with our Sales Manager as you help the company generate new business opportunities. In this role, you will first help schedule and organize meetings for the Sales Manager. You will learn how to prospect and qualify customers, receiving in-person training by our two most successful sales representatives. Success in this position is your first step to a successful enterprise sales career.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and contact prospects.
  • Respond to inbound requests.
  • Cold-calling into prospect companies, including new and existing clients.
  • Qualifying potential opportunities.
  • Schedule initial product presentations between prospects and Sales Managers.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation within the company's CRM.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with established procedures.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of Sales policies, procedures, and tools.
  • Complete other tasks as directed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements with shifting priorities.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Apps.
  • Knowledge of commercial print production is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
