Requisition Summary

This position is responsible for supporting PACCAR Financial’s Credit department by providing analysis and support for the Wholesale and Retail areas as well as supporting the Fleet Credit department.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyzes data and prepares timely and accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad hoc Credit reports. Key metrics include Credit quality, Credit application volume, turnaround times, Credit Losses, wholesale balances, flooring audits etc.
  • Utilize Business intelligence tools, like Tableau, to analyze data and then visualize it with dashboards to provide timely and meaningful management information.
  • Enhance PACCAR Financial’s Credit Management reporting package through the development of new reports / dashboards.
  • Monitor performance of retail customer risk scorecards, and track relevant data for future enhancements.
  • Monitor dealer wholesale overlines and coordinate overline approvals.
  • Administer dealer UCC filings, searches, appointments, terminations, and credit line renewals, in conjunction with Area Credit Managers and PACCAR Legal counsel.
  • Serve as focal point for dealer retail, lease and wholesale documentation. Assist Area offices with providing documentation templates, obtaining signatures, and filing completed documents. Maintain and update dealer documentation checklists for use in conjunction with dealer line renewals, acquisitions, terminations and / or modifications.
  • Ensure accurate and timely registration of all dealer related credit information in the various systems.
  • Monitor PACCAR’s electronic Credit workflow system by routing requests and approvals to internal signers and by communicating and tracking decisions.
  • Develop new process improvements to increase the speed, accuracy and efficiency across all major functions of the Credit department.
  • Participate in various process improvement projects (Six Sigma).

Qualifications and Skills


  • 2 or more years of work experience in related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated financial analysis and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to interact confidently and professionally with all levels of management.
  • Excellent written communication / presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy while maintaining a holistic view of the business.
  • Ability to organize, meet deadlines and deal with areas of ambiguity.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.  Ability to build PowerPoint presentations from data and/or conceptual information.


  • Experience with Tableau application.
  • Understanding of financial statements.
  • Knowledge of credit function.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance or related area required.
